A-Z of Smocking
This book is a complete manual for the beginner through to the advanced embroiderer. More than 1300 step by step colour photographs of every stitch you will ever need. These stitches are very useful to embellish your smocked items. For example you will find a variety of ways to use the blanket stitch. This stitch is widely used for trimming a garment such as collars and sleeves. Another example is ribbon, which is used in embroidery with many examples in this book.
